Per Charlie - it is Boston College. He moved them in when UCF lost in the American semis, and now moves them out again. Then again this is where Charlie is problematic; as someone pointed out on the BY his job is complicated by trying not only to follow the "rules" but trying to figure out how this year's committee will interpret them.
