A better question is - what has he done to prove he is worth another contract at the end of this season when his current contract expires? The answer should be - “nothing”.

Sort of. It's where the Bows have been playing their home games all year.

-He didn't let loose of the reigns of the offense by hiring a coordinator to call plays
-He hasn't made special team anything but "special" (as in we have rode the short bus in that area every season and this one is not different)
-His squad once again are near the top of one of the few categories (penalties) every year of his tenure that is detrimental to the performance of a football team, that obviously hasn't changed.
-Attendance has dwindled to near all time lows due to the brand of FB he's executing with poor results
-the list could go on, but why bother.....

He's certainly earned something, but a new contract at Tulsa is not it...
