Do people forget that Murray didn't commit to UK until June 24th?

Who said that Bolden was committing today? I believe he is waiting on the NBA Combine to see if Lee or Briscoe makes a decision for the NBA so that there will be a open scholarship available at UK.

Speak for yourself. Lot's of UK fans are still waiting patiently for him to figure it out. He's waiting to see if UK has a spot for him probably.

Agree. This is pretty simple. If Bolden wanted to go to Duke, he would already have announced since Duke has an open scholarship.
I know a lot of the posters and fans on here think that the scholarship issue being 1 short is not an issue and that Coach Cal would take him today if he commits. Kentucky as of today doesn't have that 1 scholarship for Bolden to commit today. We are at 13 scholarships and that is the issue as we discuss the Bolden recruitment. I believe since Duke has a Scholarship available for 4 weeks now since Thornton decided to transfer is why I believe that Bolden wants to play for Kentucky. Bolden is waiting for the 1 scholarship to open at Kentucky if Lee or Briscoe decide to go to the NBA and hire an agent. If Bolden was that huge lean for Duke he could have committed to Duke 4 weeks ago when Thornton decided to transfer and Duke had a scholarship available for Bolden. The NBA Combine starts Wednesday May 11th thru May 15th and then the Players have 10 days till May 25th to make their decision for the NBA. I believe Bolden is waiting on 1 or 2 players to make their final NBA Decision and then Bolden will make his decision.

Bolden is waiting for something official & will NOT commit until then.
Duke on the otherhand, has a spot & he could commit ASAP if he wanted. I think his heart is & has been set on UK.

I think that it is pretty easy on which school he wants to attend and that is Kentucky. Duke and UK both had an issue with both being at 13 scholarships. Then Thornton Four weeks ago made his announcement that he was transferring from Duke and that gave Duke the 1 scholarship they needed for Bolden. That is when all the recruiting experts were saying that Bolden was headed to Duke and Jerry Meyer's Crystal Ball prediction was Duke at 70% and Kentucky at 30%. Everyone four weeks ago was saying Bolden to Duke. It has now been Four weeks since Thornton transferred from Duke and if Bolden was such a heavy lean to Duke then why in Four Weeks has he not committed to Duke. That is why I believe since the NBA Combine starts May 11th Wednesday thru Sunday May 15th and then the NBA Combine Players have 10 days to make final decision to the NBA or back to school. That is why Bolden is waiting to see if Lee or Briscoe will make their final decision and head to the NBA and hire an agent. Once Bolden sees what Lee and Briscoe do after the NBA Combine then the decision comes if Lee does in fact head for the NBA. Then Bolden commits to Kentucky once we have that open scholarship needed for Bolden to make his final decision.

.. coach K seemed shady eith his answer basically saying tbey will "make" room..and coach Cal was honest and told him that he expects one more player to turn pro but if not then no spot was open. Bolden appreciated the honesty and has decided to wait for a spot at the real blue....
if no spot opens, don't be surprised to see TCU getting strong consideration ..not saying he will go there but he didnt like the whole transfer from duke situation..
