He brought these problems on himself.  Huggins made a poor decision to get behind the wheel while wasted. This isn't the 1st time he has made that poor decision. I'm glad no one was hurt by Huggins on his drunken joy ride, but he could have killed someone. He should have learned his lesson after the Cincinnati DUI. The only blame WVU really could have in this matter is by enabling this behavior to go on as long as it did.</p></blockquote><p></p>
