Message: <blockquote data-quote="TownesVanZandt_rivals" data-source="post: 130831909" data-attributes="member: 1606648">Conference USA used to be the American pretty much.They had a decent football, basketball and even baseball conference.TCU recreated themselves through CUSA.Some of those games vs Southern Miss and Louisville around 2002-2004 were great.Plus Memphis vs Louisville basketball.Louisville leaving and then TCU leaving hurt the conference.TCU went to the Mountain West to play Utah and eventually Boise State pretty much killed the CUSA.Southern Miss with Larry Fedora vs Houston with Kevin Sumlin in 2011 was probably their last great football game.</blockquote>
