Can somebody explain why this isn't racist, if not discriminatory, against non-blacks?

I have always said the best way to determine if a policy, action, declaration, etc., is racist is to change the races involved.

For example, is it racist for a nonprofit organization's primary purpose be to promote white kids and provide scholarships for only white students? United Negro College Fund.

I dont mind BHM,
I think a movie that illustrates how bad people had it during the civil war & is based on actual facts, is the "free state of jones" should be played in every school during black history month .

If we are supposed to be about equality, why is there a Black History Month only? Shouldn't we have a month for every skin color?

Yes but I have a hard time having empathy for self inflicted wounds.
People of all races have a choice, free education, free living & free food ....they chose to **** in there own house not my fault...
In 1863 blacks in the south had no choice they was treated worse than a dog & until I watched the movie I didn't realize how bad poor southern whites was treated & just how ugly the Democrats was back then .....again the movie should be played in every school...
