I do not think it was a catch, and this is from someone who was hoping Allen and the Bills would win. If the defender had not been near him and the exact same thing happened (catch>loses it when he hits the ground), would it have been ruled a catch? Of course not.
As for the PI's, whatever. 75% of PI calls in the NFL could be fairly argued that they did or didn't meet the threshold for PI. These just happened to go against the Bills. Personally, I would have swallowed the whistle in those moments, but it's not like you can definitively say they weren't PI. The last one in particular, White got absolutely toasted off the line and never had a chance to even pretend like he was looking back for the ball he was so busy playing catch-up, so even though it was a toss-up call, you forfeit your right to complain about it when you get beat that badly.
