It may be what is happening with the shoe company that is goading him to look at other opportunities. Or it may be that he is tired of the job and wants a new challenge. But there are reports that Bill told the KU administration he has considered leaving. They may be hogwash, but the rumors are out there. There was one about the Chicago Bulls.

If he is leaving it is because of the FBI/NCAA investigation. After the three took a plea deal I am sure they were required to cooperate. That could be very bad news for several NCAA coaches. Self is right in the middle of it all with more than one player.

Bill has never been an angel , but he has always been able to schmooze the public and his image .

Along this line with the investigation of adidas, Michael Avenatti is tweeting that they will be disclosing a similar type scandal that NIKE is involved in...not that it's a major surprise, but the other SHOE is now dropping.
