Me too. Only 69....dementia got him.

Always felt bad for the guy.

Me too. He went through hell. Had a stellar career but that one ball that didn't hop haunted him.

A few years ago he returned to the ballpark to be honored. Was a touching moment. Was therapeutic for the fans and I hope it did some healing for him. Super nice guy.

He was great on Curb Your Enthusiasm. I guess that's been a number of years ago now.
