TO started the decline and presided over much of it. Public enemy #1. Eichorst and Riley were both products of his poor decisions.

7-7 isn't a bad season? They weren't even competitive in a lot of those losses. Recruiting was doggydoo and it was going downhill on Solich.
I don't know why you keep suggesting that Riley and Eichorst are my buddies, I didn't like them either.
Even Saban and many other Head Coaches have disappointing seasons ... too keep winning at the rate TO was winning at for the next Head Coach taking over the program very seldom keep winning at that rate...

He finished with 0.753 winning pct.
And I never said he wasn’t treading downward after 5 or 6 years.
Barry Switzer was at one time at Oklahoma on a downward spiral... it happens and then Head Coach have to make changes to their staff for the better of the program..

No my point is Solich and Pelini hires were not the downward slide just because they didn’t win any national titles..
Pederson and Eichorst hires have been the downward slide to our Football program and winning percentage show that very fact..
Solich has been a head coach for many years now. Tell us how many conference championships he has, forget about National Championships.

I hate UCF fanbase almost more than any others. They have a good football team. Frost showed that their football team can win with limited talent. I just takes a drive, a family environment, heart, and a good coach. My only concern is can it be done long term. I think at some point you have to start getting in top talent.

hey, it's no slight on TO, an absolute legend and arguably the greatest Nebraskan ever to walk the earth. Michael Jordan was a hell of a basketball player, but you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who'd call him a good owner.
