Unacceptable!! Once Frost gets his horses and the team whipped back into shape...watch out!! PS...GFY, Riley, Bo and Eichorst!!

Might have to add TO to that list, since he's the one that pooped the bed and hired Bo-Zo the clown.

At least we weren't alone, Purdue didn't have a draft pick either. Every other Big Ten team had at least one. Even Rutgers had a couple.

Back up, and step back, what about your buddy Eichorst and Riley.. They have done a hellva lot more damage than TO and Pelini..o_O

TO started the decline and presided over much of it. Public enemy #1. Eichorst and Riley were both products of his poor decisions.

Did he not force the Solich hire? Did he not hire Bo? Have you forgotten about all of that?

Forgotten what... Nebraska was never never going to have a bad football season after he lefto_O are you kidding me..

Solich had the 4th best winning percentage of any Nebraska football Coach in school history that coached for more than 5 years..

Your buddy’s started the worst losing era since Jennings roamed the sidelines in Lincoln..

Still have to remind you of that.

7-7 isn't a bad season? They weren't even competitive in a lot of those losses. Recruiting was doggydoo and it was going downhill on Solich.

I don't know why you keep suggesting that Riley and Eichorst are my buddies, I didn't like them either.

Even Saban and many other Head Coaches have disappointing seasons ... too keep winning at the rate TO was winning at for the next Head Coach taking over the program very seldom keep winning at that rate...

You did back and stick by them for the longest time because of your hatred toward BP...

You are mistaking my disdain for Bo as support for Riley.

I can't believe that you don't think things were trending downward fast with Solich. Hell, he shouldn't have even been gifted the job in the first place.

But he was gifted the job because the program wasn’t broke... (If it isn’t broke don’t fix it.)That was why TO handed the keys over to FS..

He finished with 0.753 winning pct.
And I never said he wasn’t treading downward after 5 or 6 years.

Barry Switzer was at one time at Oklahoma on a downward spiral... it happens and then Head Coach have to make changes to their staff for the better of the program..

Stoops has had to do it
Dabo has had to do it
Urban has had to do it
Ect, Ect, Ect.

So you are comparing Solich to Dabo, stoops, Urban, and Switzer? Fascinating.

By using them examples you are comparing Solich to them. C'mon man!

No my point is Solich and Pelini hires were not the downward slide just because they didn’t win any national titles..

Pederson and Eichorst hires have been the downward slide to our Football program and winning percentage show that very fact..

Solich has been a head coach for many years now. Tell us how many conference championships he has, forget about National Championships.

So now you are backpedaling and saying that things weren't trending down with Solich?

this something to keep an eye on? not like you need NFL talent to win in college, I guess, but it sure would make things a lot easier
I hate UCF fanbase almost more than any others. They have a good football team. Frost showed that their football team can win with limited talent. I just takes a drive, a family environment, heart, and a good coach. My only concern is can it be done long term. I think at some point you have to start getting in top talent.

Nebraska. Honesty, it's not for everyone.

Yeah. Loved your ‘typo’.

Just finished watching Frost’s ESPN interview last fall on one of the other threads. Talking about Nebraska, about honesty w yourself.

Amazing lifelong truth.

Great job w a barracuda reporter. Made reporter look lame.

If one does not think the talent level of the program was trending down under Solich already you have your eyes closed.

this is blatantly obvious.. we may as well have not played a single football game since the 2001 Rose Bowl
