Whether we want to admit it or not, there is a style of football to be played in this conference and it’s not optional. We would’ve been a great fit back in the day.

But anymore, our last couple of coaches glaze over wide receivers and quarterbacks. ESPN highlight reel stuff.

We need to demand hard nose football. There’s still plenty of kids who will lean into that.

Nebraska should be further along in the process, and I am utterly hopeless about where it’s headed. We commit way too much to this program to be a bottom feeder. The tradition is too proud. It’s shameful.

You put together the best lines possible on both sides of the ball, three smash mouth running backs and fill in the rest. There are plenty of linebackers and receivers to be had. Those guys are a dime a dozen. It just makes me sick to watch this.
