Marshall wins again. How? I don't know but I'm sure there is some logic in how you all can celebrate OU's loss in the final four and make it so marshall wins
Why do you turn this into a Marshall conversation? All season long we heard how the B12 was the deepest, toughest league in college bball. But yet, no Big 12 team made it to the title game. In fact a Big 12 made final 4 history by getting blown out. We heard how great you were in football, but yet again choke jobs across the board.

North Carolina was preseason number one, and Ok split with
Nova, and no denying, they played horrible last night.
If I were a Marshall fan, and by extension a Marshall student/grad (nobody but a Moo student/grad gives 2 ***** about them) I would stop being a fan of college sports. One way I noticed that they cope with their futility is that Moo'ers have a secondary team usually lined up in the wings. Good, but sad, move

The ONLY thing that could make Moo U matters worse is if they start losing in FB.....then it would be time to cancel the athletic dept.

Stupid comment. The ACC has proven that its the best conference throughout the NCAA Tournament, which is all that counts. It and the Big 12 started with seven tournament teams each, and the ACC had more teams after each round of the tournament and a far better record throughout. The RPI is a joke and easily manipulated, but the great thing about college basketball is that the best teams get to prove themselves in March (and early-April). With all this said, congratulations to the Big 12 for its "RPI regular season title," of which it has several. I'll bet that the "RPI regular season RPI championship trophy" is a sight to behold. LOL.

Fans of every school outside of the Big 12 should be rubbing your noses in the Big 12's usual tournament failure. After all, Big 12 fans and homers in the Media like Mitch Vingle spend all regular season beating their chests about the Big 12 (allegedly) being the "best conference in America" only to see Big 12 schools shat the bed when it counts. Fans of schools in other conferences don't crave validation to the extent that WVU fans do.
You're too dumb to know how easy this is to do, and prove. It's manipulated through scheduling. If the RPI is valid, then tell me how Akron, which didn't beat a Top 50 RPI school all season, finished the regular season at RPI No. 36. It's a joke.

No B1G fans I know brag about RPI rankings, but I note that the B1G had more teams in the Final Four last season than the Big 12 has had in the last four seasons combined. But, hey, the Big 12 was the RPI regular season champion last season, too. You're too easy.

But hey, maybe some folks at the Big 10 conference offices can make friends with the RPI pollsters. That way it can be manipulated for you all like it is for us.
Yep, do what Huggins does, and schedule a lot of OOC games against RPI teams often ranked between 50-150, which aren't very good, but aren't so horrible that they kill WVU's RPI. Easily. Manipulated. Metric. Ask Akron.
Then why doesn't everyone do it? Do all other coaches know this but still schedule cupcakes just because they don't care about their RPI ranking? Maybe its just you and Huggins that know the secret behind the RPI calculations.
Better tell Thad Matta this secret so OSU can improve their RPI. Who knows, if he improves it enough OSU might even make the NCAA tournament next year instead of playing in the NIT.
Wrong again, Cuz. The B1G conference had the highest RPI of any conference a couple of years ago, but this was after all of the games had been played, and WVU fans had bragged all regular season about being regular season RPI champions. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Ohio State didn't have to care about manipulating the RPI before, as it had made the NCAA Tournament for many seasons in a row. After having gone 11-7 in conference play, but not making the dance this year, however, Thad needs to take notes from RPI "manipulaters" like Huggy Bear, who started doing this after 13-19 and 19-14 non-NCAA Tournament seasons.

Yea if the B12 only had the tourney success of the B10 and the PAC12 this year. That Big10 ate it up this year.
