Penn State 13
Nebraska 12
Northwestern 11

RU can still move to 13 if they beat Michigan and Penn State loses to Minnesota

I think Michigan, Minnesota, Northwestern and Nebby are all possible opponents right now whether RU is seeded 13th or 14th
