I know that we almost beat MSU in 2015 when they were a top 10 team.

Interesting that we have played the fewest number of ranked teams than everyone else over that time.

Yes we've played UM, OSU and PSU.
But we also play a lot of non-ranked teams every year.

I'm sure other programs in weaker conferences (in which there are many games against teams ranked, say, 20-25) will have a lot of fun with this. But they aren't playing an elite schedule like your team, with multiple TOP 10 and TOP 5 teams EVERY SEASON.

In my opinion, teams like Rutgers and Maryland should let stuff like this roll down their back...

The real issue, however, is that Rutgers picks styles of play, especially on offense, that don't let the team play over its head--which is exactly what it needs since it will never recruit as well as many competitors. As a result, not only does it not beat ranked teams it almost never beats any team ranked higher, even relatively mediocre ones. It's not a recipe for success.

Why 2010? Seems an arbitrary start point. 22 seasons? Why not 20? In 2009 we went 1-1 vs ranked teams.
