My feeling is that he will be a highly sought-after transfer, but wants to be able to play immediately. Could he do that at Tulsa, I don't know, but if there is a spot open and we have questions at QB then we certainly should reach out. It's a tough deal figuring out whether our QB issues are with Monty's offense, play calling, and how he likes to develop QB's (meaning, he doesn't trust them to be able to make decisions) or it's talent.
