MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (January 9, 2020) -- The Mountaineer Ticket Office has announced that the men’s basketball game against Baylor on Saturday, March 7 is a sellout.

The Baylor, Texas Tech and K-State games are sold out this season. Fans still looking to purchase single game tickets for those games are reminded to visit StubHub.com, the official fan-to-fan marketplace of WVU Athletics, for potential availability.

Tickets for all other remaining home games are on sale at WVUGAME.com or 1-800-WVU GAME. Fans are encouraged to use the 'Pick Your Own Seat' map online at WVUGAME.com to purchase available seats at the WVU Coliseum.

The Big 12 home opener on Saturday with Texas Tech is a Gold Rush, presented by the West Virginia Lottery. All fans are encouraged to wear gold to the game and also remain in their seats at halftime as the popular NBA acrobatic act, Rolla Bolla, makes its Coliseum debut.

Amazing that a basketball game is sold out two months in advance. By the time Baylor comes to WVU either team could be out of the top 25 with a 6-game losing streak. Or two top 5 teams. Unpredictability is the most predictable thing about college basketball AND football. Meanwhile, my focus is on Texas Tech coming to Morgantown on Saturday. That could be a whack-a-mole game for either team or both teams. Huggins Heroes' Pitbull Defense should hold the combined points score down, as usual.

This coming from a guy pretending to be a Buckeye grad. What's the matter? They don't let you out of the correctional center for the Herd games?

Can't you see he's in pain? Ohio State has lost 4 of 5 including the Cleveland humiliation by Huggins Heroes. Marshall is 8-8 in a nothing conference. It's like kicking a man who's down and drowning in his own tears. It kind of feels good but it is a bit mean. Aren't you glad we have WVU getting ready to add Texas Tech as another notch on its Pitfull Defense?

Hey, ancient delusional morons conspiring on a message board: I am an alum of Ohio University and Ohio State. Marshall University is the enemy. Ever heard of "Battle for the Bell?" Your lesson for the day is to look up WVU's all-time record vs. Ohio University in basketball. Enjoy...
