I've been watching an insane amount of college baseball bow that I have espn+ and it seems like every college has a very nice nice facility with a stadium that holds like 2k at least. I've always wondered when Rutgers would get our own. We have so much potential and a facility comparable that they have down south would do wonders for us. The talent in this state is crazy you turn on any acc or sec college baseball game and you will more than likely see a jersey kid playing. What are the chances we ever get a facility like those?

Both lacrosse and baseball need their own/new facilities. Be glad you don't have to share "Schiano's field".

Both programs will have upgrades there own, hopefully sooner rather than later

Agreed.

You should have seen the old locker room the lax team used. It was the same one I was in when I was there, only smaller and chopped up. This is no exaggeration. My high school's facility was far better.

Amazing what Brecht did without anything. I don't know baseball at all and am not interested in it, but I have heard from more than a few people that the new coach is incredible. HOpefully he can rally the alums to help get what they need. Seems like he's off to a great start. Best of luck to them.

That's crazy. Never played lacrosse but always went to watch my buddies who played in high school (I played baseball). Been following rutgers for the past several years since they've been really good. Was awesome to watch them in the tournament. Both baseball and lacrosse can be monsters with the talent we have in state. Lacrosse seems to be there already even without the adequate facilities.

Have you heard when that LAX practice field or "stadium" may start construction? It seems like we've been talking about this for years now.
