My point was it was not a boneheaded idea, it was not well executed.
Disappointed he didn’t want the shot. The best player has to create the shot & go for it
and he was wide open for a reason. I guess he could of drove the ball but he was never going to make a 3 there
not saying that, i would have just pushed it himself and tried to take it all the way or pulled up from 3.
You cannot be the potential #1 in the Draft and have the ball in the open court and not take that ball to the hoop. Makes me question his basketball IQ. I know he is a freshman but the timidness there should not be part of his mindset. He was terrible almost all day and let his man get the rebound with a minute left that they called timeout. Incredible that he this incredible athleticism and doesn’t want to rebound the ball . Just a little disappointed
Our best player when it comes to creating and getting a quality scoring chance is Dylan, plain and simple. Ball should have been in his hands.
Agreed. A scoring PG with Harper’s talent should have the ball with game on line. Best equipped to shoot or dish.
He looked to give it to Dylan but his defender was all over him so at the last minute he made the bad cross court pass. It showed a lack of confidence in himself to create a shot. Not a great sign in someone who's supposed to be a top 3 pick.
A taste of big boy basketball for Ace. Harper is unreal around the rim. Don't remember a guy with that kind of touch with both hands & the moves to boot.

I am more upset he got 1 rebound while kennessaw state had 47. Big spot and on the FT line he gets outworked.
