I think there are levels to it. those long 2s a couple steps in from the 3PT line are brutal, but Purdue and particularly Braden Smith generate a ton of open jumpers from the FT area and they grade out super well offensively.
Incorrect analytically it depends on volume which we don’t have and the individual actually shooting the ball. It’s not as simple as 3 vs midrange.
