Based on the write-up, this could either be a blow out or a disappointing tight game.

if we hold onto the football, I think we blow them out. If we turn it over and give up possessions, their offense could hang with us.

Ultimately, I think we get enough stops to win this game. If their defense is that putrid, I would hope Miller, Chris, and Isaac can put up 35 plus. Defense should hold them to 28 or less.

This won't be close! Cards will put up45 and BC matchup against UL Best in League Defense says BC 17. Line is UL -25 1/2 and Total is 54! Cards cover and the total goes Over easily. Coach Jeff B! Will have this Team ready using last season BC game as m otivation to be ready!!

What, you did not like my Upset Pick win on UL vs Miami?? LOL maybe you have not been paying attention. Smythe pretty much got tired of some the Bad Actors on the Old board. Who pretty much now have exited because of the Board Rules being enforced. I have told him things have improved. But because of some certain Bad actors may not be back!

Smythe like me, were Long Time Members of this Board! Going back to the Original Owners, and the Cardinal Sports Report! Times change, and nothing is forever. And to be honest the Board turned into a Cesspool! It is always OK to disagree with a point of view! But when it turns to personal insults, among other things that I will not rehash. You lose people, and they move on. I am hoping for this Board to revive and am doing my best to help do that. I also appreciate your efforts to do the same, and I think if we can keep it about UL Sports, and observe the Board Rules, we can get this board back!

Also appreciate your efforts in trying to do that too! You are a good poster, don't always agree, and that is OK!

Also, I might remind Red! That Mayoman on the Old Board had a Pickem Contest every week! I won the Pickem Contest on the Old Board 2 Times. Maybe your mind is getting old like mine! I will be 75 in January! Go Cards! BC!! By a Bunch IMO!

The biggest question for UofL in this game is: do we get the same level of focus and clean execution we got at Miami and in the second half at Pitt, or do we see more of the sloppy BS we saw against our 4 other FBS level opponents?

I hope we get the good UofL in this one, but my expectation is (at least until we actually see more consistency) that we are more likely to get the mix of good and bad.

Even a good/bad mix UofL should be enough to win this one, but I will go with a much less comfortable score of 30-24.
