I'm surprised that "Equipment Utilized" was blank. Expected that a proper job description would include a basketball or whistle

Assistant to the head basketball coach? Only one man for the job...

This is the position that you hire a coach from a key HS or someone from an AAU program.

The time assistants spend working might just be the reason Rutgers is so bad.
Look at the hours ( in that application) an assistant is expected to work making RU a winner:
Standard Hours 37.50
edit: oops forgot to laugh [roll][winking][laughing]

Russ - ncaa used to have rule that for noncoaching slots given to Aau and hs coaches the college couldnt sign any plYers from that program for 2 years. Issue arose for ru and marquis webb when mike rice wanted to hire him as dobo. Is that rule still in effect?

Computer literacy as a requirement might be a problem finding a assistant competent in spread sheets.
