Central Connecticut opening reportedly is down to Stony Brook assistant Jay Young and Iona Associate Head Coach Jared Grasso. According to reports, Pikiell would keep a seat warm on his staff for Young, who's also in play at Stony Brook.

Young getting called back to Central for yet another interview. They knew Howie Dickemen was retiring months ago. Rumor has it that the A.D. and just about everyone on the committee want Young and the President wants to go with another guy. (Not Grasso - he was never in the mix)
