I mean no one is going to argue that today went exactly according to plan, but what do you want people to say? We didn’t play great but we still are 1-0 and oh by the way we play a lot of teams who looked even worse than us today. I don't think you know what a blown lead is. We lead ULL by 21, 14, 7, and ultimately 10 during the 4th quarter, but at no point did we blow the lead, nor did our win probability on ESPN's tracker fall below 97%.

I picked 7-5 preseason and actually feel better because I thought we would lose to UT. Nothing we could have done today would have made me think we will beat Bama, LSU, TAMU, or Auburn. I remember back in the day, which I believe was 2009 or 2010, a team that had a decent( at most) defense and a hell of an offense that they bought was in the sec. That team went on to win the natty. That team was the cam newton auburn tigurls. they had the ball bounce right for them every opportunity that season. There's way more than one person on this board who thinks that if you have a 21-point lead, it falls to 7 points, and ends up at 10, that you didn't blow the lead.

No one thinks its OK that we gave up 28 points. Similarly, no one [except you] thinks that we blew a lead in a game where we never relinquished the lead and won by 10.
