This is not a projection but play to date

1 UConn 18-1 8-0
Showing cracks in the armor

Had a chance last night at home to show.....

4 Seton Hall 14-4 4-3
Pirates have a MAJOR offensive issue

5 Creighton 11-8 5-3
Something's missing with this edition

6 Butler 11-7 2-5
Showed life yesterday as the season was sinking

7 Providence 9-9 2-5
Almost had to beat Creighton Friday

8 Xavier 11-7 3-4
Creeping up in the conference

Playing much better at home

10. Georgetown 9-9 1-6
Can't get over the hump in close games

Had the same rankings as you before I looked at your order.
Let’s hope the Hall is #4 or better going forward.

As I see it this is not bad but the future looks bleak at the moment. 4 BE wins at this point given last year's results is great. Expectations are we can be even better but I am deeply concerned about the future games yet to be played. Losing on your home court is not good no matter the opponent although we can agree that the Pru Center is not much of a home court.

5/8 Big east games we’ve been in the 20s at half time. One of which we were 18. Inexcusable for this level of basketball and it is a direct reflection of our coaching staff to have such poor execution of the game plan or the game plan is so poor.

I agree with your sentiments shu67. We are in a fantastic place compared to last season. I think The Rock and the Lower Bowl are perfect for the size of the school. It's not the place nor the fans, they just can't shoot.

Steve, we have the same order. But I think with SJU playing better than UConn recently, I would put them in the same category as Connecticut now despite their comparative records.

That just doesn't mean as much to me. It's how many not how.
