Must declare by 10 days before draft day of April 17.

I hope she stays. With the recruiting class RU has coming in, her leadership will be a real asset and the team could become something very special.

Might as well stay and get her degree, maybe start working on a Masters degree, if she hasn't already done so. I get the feeling that there may not be much basketball played (at least not in a normal manner with fans in the stands) for this WNBA season at least. Since things may be unstable for the next year possibly, it makes sense to get the free education.
As talented a player as Arella is, carving a niche in the WNBA is becoming more and more difficult. Many highly successful collegiate women are having tough times sticking. I look at our own Betnijah Laney, Tyler Scaife, R. Hollivey, and April Sykes. Betnijah and Erica have really had to fight to keep their spots. I thought April was starting to raise her level of play as she was finishing out her career at RU and expected her to make the LA Sparks roster. Didn't work out. WNBA is so competitive these days, there are so many that have to settle for overseas play.
Arella can play in the league for sure, but it is definitely a whole other level. And it will be there waiting for her this time next year (when hopefully we can be back to normal:pray: :praying:.

I have to admit, this surprised me. Yes Arella had a breakout season, but I think she would be best served by playing for RU one more year. She was runner up for B1G player of the year and an honorable mention AA. With similar production next year (or even better based on her current trajectory) she would be B1G player of the year and have a legitimate shot at 1st team AA. She was under the radar this year and garnered some notice. Next year she would be front and center and IMO a higher draft choice.

Thought she might return to lead this incoming class. If she goes, she was entertaining and an exciting player. There are couple things she needs to work on to jump to the next level.
