we have upcoming games against teams ranked #12, #13, #19, #24 in the rankings. We will have plenty of opportunities to get voters' attention.

Right now we're ranked between 31 and 33. Win some of the games against ranked teams and we'll be in the top 25 before you know it.

Agree but it’s not exactly “news” that CVS has not been liked, the past 10-15 years, by the pollsters as well as the NCAA selection committee.

While the recognition we get from a ranking would be nice, I'm in no hurry for us to crack the top 25. In the past few years it seems that whenever we move up in the rankings, we lose a conference game or three, often to teams we should defeat, and never end up on top of the B1G. So perhaps we do better when the target on our back does not grow larger.

Just keep winning. Do that and everything else will fall into place.
