If you are in healthcare you understand that certain communities lack access to quality care, and healthy foods. These issues create a never ending cycle of chronic diseases which cost taxpayers enormous sums. Seems like a conservative principle to eliminate waste

Listen to the whole ad. Funding for Stuart Scott foundation (former black ESPN anchor) who also died from cancer. His foundation funds minority cancer research. There are cancers that affect certain ethnicities more than others.
