Anyone else get this strange robo call?

[Crucifictorious]

I got the weirdest robo call on my cell today. It was from a local Starkville number, obviously cloned. Googled it and it turns out people all over Canada have been getting the same call. The call last about 12 seconds and says This is a test Stay safe and stay home. Stay safe. Freaky man.

I got it a week back and it was unnerving for sure. Didn't help that I was leaving my house at the time.
