Any update on Trey Watts?

I was trying to find out if Watts made the final 53-man roster for St. Louis. He isn't listed on the active roster but is listed under Reserve/Suspended by Club. Does anybody know why he is listed on that portion of the roster? http://www.stlouisrams.com/team/roster.html

I believe he is on the team, but unfortunately he did get suspended for the first four games for violating the leagues substances and abuse program

If you Google "Trey Watts" it auto fill "substance abuse." That's not good...
