Seems to me that he isn't going to reclassify. He can stay in Highschool/Prep and go to the NBA in 2016.

This seems like a terrible option. Why continue to play against inferior competition when you could better prepare yourself for the next level by going to college, or even going over seas... If he stays in high school that tells me all I need to know

He couldn't do that. The rule is a kid has to be 19 AND one year removed from the graduation of his high school class. If he doesn't reclassify, he would still have to go to college or overseas and wait till 2017.

Reading the tea leaves, it doesn't seem like Murray will reclassify as of right now. Maybe he's waiting to see what happens with Brown? A possibility I guess.

That is for US high school kids. Murray, obviously, does not have to abide by those rules as he is Canadian. He can enter the 2016 NBA draft regardless if he goes to college or not.

Yeah, but come on. We all know Canada is really just like the 51st state. We can make them do whatever we want ;)

Nah, seriously, I hadn't thought of that. May be true. But why he would spend his last year in Canada as opposed to playing MUCH better competition against major colleges and no doubt growing much more as a player would be kind of a head-scratcher.

In another article, he said him and his family was going to take it slow, talk it out, and see what his options are. He's under no pressure to decide now but it looks like they are getting their info together before making any decisions.

UK staff needs to expend every ounce of energy they have on getting Murray on campus for a visit. That's still our last good shot to make a significant addition to this class, IMO.
