Any staff Turnover?

Plenty of discussions on which players should stay or go. Are there any potential shakeups on the staff? Maybe some new voices need to be heard with some staff shakeups

I would like to see an offensive minded coach brought in. It always seemed rare to have lots of movement & to spring someone open for an uncontested shot.

Any word on possible staff changes? Or is it business as usual?

Suggest you read the Carino article. Maybe if somebody is hired elsewhere..
He talked about getting a much needed GM & that he loves his staff. This is where an AD would come in and say, the staff isn't cutting it. One of us can make necessary changes for next season. Yes, I understand you love the coaches, hug them on their way out.

Really shouldn’t need the AD to do that. It’s HIS program.

Honestly even the staff shakeup stuff aside, it’s inexcusable he doesn’t have a GM in place for this offseason.

Schiano can get fat contract extensions for his guys with no AD, but we can’t get a GM.

The worst part is that he acknowledges he’s behind lol.

No. Wasn’t there a thread on here where Richie said the staff was set?

Its hard to justify no coaching changes after two straight losing seasons. The B1G Ten with 18 teams and the NIL makes it very difficult for a program like Rutgers to successfully compete.Status quo decision making doesn't make winning any easier. Changes must be made in running a half court offense along with defensive drills to stop easy layups and open 3 pointers

Sure seems that way.
And don't expect him to reduce the football share of the settlement $s. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised he tries to increase it. Like the bigger older brother taking advantage of his little bro when the patents aren't looking.
