Veazy and Ellis haven't stopped writing about this and likely won't for another couple of weeks. Polkie is on the front page of yahoo. Several local papers are have writeups regarding the hire. I'm sure ESPN's broadcasters for super regionals have said plenty and will continue to discuss throughout the CWS.
But perhaps most importantly Polk's lunacy has united MSU alumni, fans, and supporters behind Cohen and Byrne. I can't remember that happening in such an overwhelming fashion since Jackie Wayne came to town.
