Ben Asher has been hired by Rutgers in a support staff role, source says. Had been the Director of Basketball Ops at Siena.

I heard something about Pikiell hiring Dan Rickard from his Stony Brook program in a support role.
but don't know if that happened or not.
Rickard was an assistant coach there since 2007 and played for the Seawolves from 2002 to he graduated in 2004
Is Asher taking the spot that was supposed to go to Rickard ?

There were reports that Rickard and Dougher were already at the RAC working. Not sure if there are 2 or 3 support spots on staff. Rickard still shows Rutgers Basketball in his Twitter profile.
I just saw where Ben Asher was also a GA at NC State when Caleb and Cody Martin were freshmen there.....hmmm .
