How about we only give Federal Financial Aid or loans for Vocational Training going forward. With cap limits. As long as we keep giving student loans schools will continue to raise cost. It's a stupid cycle. Also if you make 125,000 a year you can afford to pay your loans.
Should those of us that paid back our student loans expect a rebate check for doing so?
Also, what about the parent of a college student, one who worked 2-3 jobs, just to pay for his daughter/son's higher education, in order to avoid taking out a student loan? Do they get a check as well?
Or, are these only for the deadbeat kids that have been recently indoctrinated with commie leaning educational tactics?

"Student loan forgiveness" makes absolutely no sense in the real world, but it's the perfect socialist Democrat party scam.
1. It is a guaranteed payoff to the universities, one of their left wing constituencies. Schools don't have to worry about defaults and they can continue to raise their tuitions with impunity so they can continue to teach woke Marxism.
2. It buys off young people who get a free ride on the taxpayer so they vote for Dems to keep them in power which is really all Dems want.
3. It punishes and plays for suckers the middle class, hard working taxpayer, particularly the successful small business people who may not have gone to college, i.e., Republicans.
