Should he NOT be removed from the team? He literally handed a murderer a loaded gun (at the shooter's request) moments before he killed someone. They also say he used his vehicle to block the victims in.

Separately, shouldn't he be charged with at least conspiracy or involuntary manslaughter? But at the least, how can this kid still be on the team. That's unbelievable.

Crazy and tragic story but I don’t know if he actually handed the gun to the other dude.
He brought it to him and told him there was one in the chamber.. how do you not know he handed the gun to the dude. Cmon stop enabling this by trying to make it ok. he knew what he was doing when he brought a gun to someone. He should be charged as an accomplish.. but since its Alabama and they are playing for a chance at the Championship they will just make it ok. and he will play..

If that is accurate he needs to be charged as you described. However I have read he didn’t know the gun was in the back nor the intentions of the shooter. Regardless, Oats and Alabama have handled this so badly, completely tone deaf.

They’re waiting for their tournament conclusion before they charge him.
If there is one ounce of truth in this statement the prosecutors office needs to be fully investigated. Of course they wont be.More than likely they are connected to the university in some way, shape or fashion. Embarrassing look for Alabama....The state and university should be ashamed of themselves. If true I will have a new level of hate for Alabama. I hope they get there a s s kicked.

Miller the Killer is hoping the tournament lasts and lasts for at least … hmmmm …. how long is it for that “statute of limitations” thingy?
