Don't worry about the score. Nebraska had played a lot of big ten teams tough at home. This was a big win for Rutgers now 6-4 in big ten.. especially showing toughness to come back from behind. Glad you guys won! I love your program and way you fight. Keep getting wins and you are in dance.

If you are shooting 6-14 from 3 and down by 8 at Nebraska there are major problems. We are 1-14. Still there are issues but we need to put things in context with the backdrop of a terrible shooting day

I kinda root for Purdue.. but Eddy.. just cannot stand that guy... and not in a good way.. I think he plays dirty. But Williams.. man.. what a great player... he's the kind of player you "hate".. but love.
He's not dirty it's just hard being 7'4 and moving your arms.. it hits people in face it's the price you pay being that tall

We will all happily trade you for several of our own "fans" who torture us on these boards...lol

Purdue winning only helps Rutgers this year. Figures this season Rutgers had its highest-ranked win (#1) and lowest-ranked loss (Lafayette) in the Steve Pikiell era … the true “RU” is somewhere in the middle, where though, we’ll all find out together

This is true but he swings them freely and he’s huge so bad things can happen. I liked the play down the stretch where his left arm smacked the OSU guy in the nose while he was scoring with his right and he got the and one. The only contact was his hand and the others guys face lol.

I was rooting for Purdue and do like your team. One thing I noticed was Ivey looking to score down the stretch when the right call would have been to slow it down a little. It’s one thing to take a 3 for the dagger but getting called for travel is a bad move. Is he the type who worries about stats or is he just such a high energy guy that he sometimes makes the wrong decision? Either way he is playing in the NBA. Great athlete.

I would suggest if they applied this "cylinder rule" to the people guarding Edey it would eliminate all the elbow complaints. Really hard to not hit someone in the face with your elbow when they've shoved their chest in the middle of your back and have their shoulder-length head poking around either side of your body while you're posting up. He's allowed to be able to bring the ball down when he catches it. If you don't want to let his do that, then call the foul when people defend him this way. Of course, most defenders would foul out in about 10 possessions that way because that's the only prayer they have of stopping him.
