I was going to post about this today too. I got to my first home game of the year last night and was pleasantly surprised to see them.
I'm guessing that I'm not alone, but I made a comment about this in my end of year survey in March/April. Navigating the steep steps is hard for anyone with mobility/balance issues, especially for those 3 rows in the 200s between the press box side hand rails and where the center hand rail started. Kudos to RU for finally doing this.

A woman slipped on her walk up last night, carrying two beers and not holding the guardrail. I caught her by her right arm as she went down.

Watching older folks and others who appear to be not in the best shape walk up and down makes me nervous every game.
I remember reading about her on the board. It's a no brainer to put the handrail all the way from the bottom to the top. Better late than never...
