Encourage people to donate to TKR if you want to see certain players in an RU uniform next year.

Just another high major program poaching a lower level teams good players.....

Jk. Depsite what many say, fans love the transfer portal and the immediate eligibility.

Hope we take all the players we can from lower level programs.

Bashir scores but not much else. He still needs work. Thats said, he’s going to get paid in the offseason because he’s an excellent scorer.
Agreed, needs to bring up the FG% into the low 40s but that could be a reflection of him having to carry the team.

He doesn't need to do anything differently on offense, kid is legit scorer from all 3 levels. He can get a spot up from mid range, hits 3s and off the bounce to the basket.

Sign me up for him at RU next year if he portals and has interest in playing on the bigger stage.

Finished with 28, 6 of 9 from 3. 11 of 19 overall. Monmouth with the win
NEWARK – With each successive bricked free throw, the gasps grew louder in the crowd of 4,000.

Eventually, they turned into boos.

It was that kind of performance for Seton Hall’s basketball team in Saturday’s 63-51 loss to previously winless Monmouth.

How historic was this result?

Seton Hall (4-4) came in 15-0 all-time against the Hawks, a series that dated back to 1983. The Pirates have now lost three games to mid-majors and two of them were “buy” games at home – a first for the program since 2013-14. It's the first time in the two decades of Kenpom.com's existence that they've lost to a team ranked over 300
.

Another opponent playing zone defense against Rutgers which limits Harper drives to the basket.

This is Abdi Bashirs twin brother and yes he is at a JUCO, but 29PPG and 44% from 3, translates, if the player can get his own shot on his own.

After Acuff was heralded as "8th leading scorer in CBB! It'll translate" I'm hesitant on any transfers coming in and scoring consistently.
We didn't bring him in to be the 8th leading scorer. You know that. Plus he missed a lot of time and is still hobbling out there.

Obviously not the 8th leading scorer.
But still a scorer.
Hopefully his lack of production against the weakest part of the schedule is because the injury and not the increased competition (which hasn't even occurred yet in full).
If he's still hobbled to where he can't fill his role then he needs to not be playing.

Problem is that just about nobody outside of Ace, Dylan, JWill and the Centers are fulfilling their role.

Is he ready to move from Juco to RU for spring semester?

Let’s take advantage of the open scholly and try to throw another iron in the fire.
