Not only is Arella a very good basketball player, she is also a very good athlete. Same goes for Diamond. They have great eye hand coordination, reflexes, instincts, quickness, and they are fluid. You can also see the athlete in them in the way they move.

What's impressive to me about Arella is how much she's improved various areas of her game throughout her career at RU.

Last year we saw the huge uptick in scoring (12ppg to 20ppg), which was guided by her huge improvement in 3-pt percentage (23% to 38.5%).

This year her big improvements have made her a much more well rounded player. She's lifted her APG from 3.1 to 5.4 while dramatically reducing her turnovers (last year A/TO ratio was 1/1; this year it's 1.64/1). Meanwhile, her blocks per game have gone from 1.2bpg to 2.36bpg, and her steals per game have also seen a significant increase.
