Now that Minor League has been canned for ‘20. What will happen to our guys that aren’t on MLB roster?

Depends on their contracts. Some minor league teams are going to be hurting. They will need some kind of bailout, maybe from the parent organization. Some players have already been released, meaning that when regular season resumes, they will need to sign new contracts. Also depending on the state, it’s not clear if teams can resume and open up the training facilities for those guys who are under contract. State of flux..
