That's their 3-year average....................so I took the boys count from this newest release plus the past two years for their average.

Its still hard for me to wrap my head around D1- Sutton and NPSP playing 8-man they have both made the playoffs every year for the past decade in 11-man

Both programs have had excellent coaches and commitment from their players. Culture builds culture. NPSP has been 8 man eligible for the last decade. Wanted to stay in 11 man.

Just think if that # passes to 55 there would only be 3 ineligible teams and possibly 2

But that's where I get hung up on it...if it passes, it's not until the spring.

They're splitting D1/D2 right now.

If it passes, are they going to make it go into effect for this next year, and just live with a 58/54 split? Split 56/56 assuming it will pass? Not put it into effect until the next cycle?

I'm not sure how the proposal is worded, but I do also know that how it's worded and how it's implemented by the NSAA aren't always exactly the same.
