5 second violations

I know we have discussed that the refs appear not to call 3 second violations or traveling but now they don't even call 5 seconds on the inbounds they used to move their arm for each second but in the OSU game when I rewatched there was one inbounds that was7-8 seconds and no call and then last night there was another inbounds play that was also 7 seconds just another thing I don't understand!!

3 and 5 seconds are rarely called. It's at least consistent overall but you randomly see a ref wanting attention call one occasionally
