Pretty shocking that we went west and won a game
. I didn't think TWA had a great offense going in, and that was spot on from what I saw at the game. I thought their games were won on the defensive side from what I saw of their schedule, and with my own eyes, I did indeed see a solid defensive team. With us being a run and gun type of offense, I was hoping that we could try to outscore them with fast break opportunities, and that is exactly what helped us out the most. Set plays to set plays, it was pretty even.
Now we have conference foe Washington for the 3rd time this season. We blew them out by 20+ in the first game at our place, and lost by only 4 at theirs. I see no reason why we can't beat them again to reach the Eastern Finals. Reidsville has a tough opponent to face themselves, another one of our conference opponents in Eastern Wayne. Reidsville should win, but it wouldn't be a shock to me if EW won.

Ew earned my respect. So I know it won’t be easy. Wish the games were a little more spaced out. I’d give Washington a slight edge vs swe, but it will definitely be a dog fight.
I'll be honest...I know you guess were transitioning from football when Washington won that game, but I still don't understand how they were able to win. I didn't see anything impressive either time we played them. Not to say that they aren't. They've been blowing folks out. They just struggle against us. After the 20 home win, we could have beaten them on the road too. Tied going into the 4th. Had a lead in the 4th. But they made big 3s when it mattered and got the edge. It is what it is. A win is a win. I hope we can continue to be a problem for them. Perhaps they blow us out. I'm just gonna go with SWE. Not because I'm a homer though. Because if we meet Reidsville, I don't give us a chance.
Big upset in Farmville by Martin County 72-60. Farmville won a January 19 meeting by 71-57. Martin nearly turned the tables with a similar score in reverse.
I think Walkertown has the talent to win 3a
They are my pick now to win it . Kinston and Martin county are both really good though
