Man, Penn State dropped 21 spots in the AP Poll. Love it, but I'm pleasantly surprised.
It's almost like the AP voters got tired of waiting for them to actually beat someone.
I believe PSU is still a top 10-15 team and that UCLA is going to possibly get bowl eligible. UCLA’s QB is a problem to deal with.

Anyways, if we beat Maryland and USC, we deserve to be ranked. Otherwise nah
Yeah they’re probably top 15 - I can see that. But I can’t think of any team that got more media mileage from close losses than the ‘24 and ‘25 Nittany Lions.

When who comes into Lincoln? NU plays Maryland, PSU and UCLA, all on the road. So who are you referring to?
if we could get the oline to pass block, we would defiantly be in the top 20..all them receivers we got would be of use

They beat an undefeated ranked team. We had a chance to beat a one loss ranked team and couldn’t do it.
I watched UCLA dismantle PSU’s defense and pressure PSU’s QB. They looked like a completely different team with their coaching changes.
It will be interesting to see how they do at Michigan St. on Saturday.
Matchups play such a huge role these days it seems. Not sure how MSU’s defense will deal with their offense. MSU can’t turn the ball over like they did against us.
Wild, could’ve sworn when UCLA pushed us around last year it was an away game, and part of the baked in excuse as to why it happened.
