It’s unreal how fast time goes! I remember sweating that 1000th career win out also. There was a moment where I thought Duke may not pull the win out against St. John’s!

What’s even more unreal is that Coach K will reach his 1100th career win later this season. Likely during the ACC Tournament or the NCAA Tournament depending on if/how many more regular season games we lose. IF we were to win out during the regular season then Coach K would get his 1100th career win against UNC in the regular season finale.

He's since gone over 1000 here alone, which received a lot less attention.

Shhh! Don't mention his age. We don't want recruits asking themselves, "Do I really want to play for a 71-year-old man?"

Got that win after getting a spark from the twin tower lineup of Jah and Marshall in the game together! Loved a game like that for his milestone win. Fought against adversity to get the job done.
