Totally disagree, if you're really the best team or higher seeded team it shouldn't matter where you play, this isn't the pro's or college football, I don't think the home field advantage is that much of an advantage in high school football in

Then let's just play every game on a neutral site in the playoffs. What's the point of the regular season and going 9-0 if it doesn't earn you anything?

Again. Don't mind the rule. I mind that the playoffs start in this round. Keep this round the same, then reseed the 16 teams that make the playoffs and give the top-8 seeds home games.

The higher seed should get the home game, not sure why there is much of an argument there.

I don't think it mattes where a team plays. Chances are that team like Perkins County will play their quarter-final game at home and probably play their semi-final at home as well. I've been to a few playoff games where the road team had just as many if not more fans than the home team did.

If it doesn't matter, then the higher seed should get the home game. They earned it. If it truly didn't matter they'd do it this way because it's common sense.

Maybe just maybe, some districts are a lot tougher than other districts. Nothing better than ending a teams season on their home field as well.
