Have not watched much but I do question PU ranking

Meanwhile on ACC network Louisville is taking on Kansas...ku's stud frosh guard,Peterson, in # 1 pick in 2026 NBA draft in some mocks.

Why isn't Iowa vs Texas tech a televised exhibition game like the bluebloods...or is there special exemption for ku,ky Duke?
