Right now I see 3 tiers of teams, with no clear frontrunner in each tier.
Tier 1 (in no particular order)
Tarboro
Robbinsville
Mitchell
Murphy
East Surry
Holmes
Mount Airy (right on the edge)
Tier 2
Thomas Jefferson
Pine Lake Prep
Princeton
Polk
Northampton
Rosewood
Perquimans
Pamlico
Elkin
Andrews (right on the edge)
Tier 3
Everyone else
There is a clear line between tier 1 and 2, but no one is head and shoulders above the others in tier 1. Could be one of the best playoffs we've seen in a while.

what would you rank your tier 1 teams in order? overall, and best o-line?
If I had to put numbers beside names, I'd go with
1 Tarboro
2 Mitchell
2 Robbinsville
4 Murphy
5 East Surry
6 Holmes
7 Mount Airy
As far as o lines, I think Mitchell, Robbinsville and Murphy could all make the case for best, with perhaps Mitchell being a hair better. (Not trying to be a homer, but Mitchell's o line dominated 3 lines that were much bigger and deeper) Last year, that was East Surry's one glaring weakness, and they lost much of that line, and Mount Airy's is also young. Holmes seems to be relying on their play makers more than the hogs up front, and Tarboro too, albeit on a lesser scale. I think Polk could make an argument for top 5 1a o lines. Those boys know how to block.
Northampton lost to southside they dont deserve to be on the list. Rosewood or Perquimans will represent the east if Tarboro doesnt move down as they both seem to be able to move the ball through the air which is something the east has been sorely lacking for years now.
