1998 Western Division Champions

Do we have any proclamation anywhere in Davis-Wade that shows we won the west in ‘98? If we do, I don’t recall seeing it.

For the 1999 season, "1998 SEC West Champs"" was painted on that concrete pad that was the center of the landscaping around the old Jumbotron / scoreboard. So far as I recall, that is only notation that has ever been in the stadium.
