It’s kind of ironic, I’d bet a Benjamin that the NFL has created more black millionaires than any industry or company on earth. But that’s not enough, they have go out of their way to create a divide. Just as after Floyd was murdered, >90% of Americans were united in outrage the next day. Those responsible were going to feel the full weight of the law. But that wasn’t enough. No matter what is done, it will never be enough.
One side complains that we shouldn’t see color. A man is a man and should be judged not by the color of his skin but of his merit. When hiring, color should not be seen or matter. When riding on a bus, color should not be seen. When going to the water fountain, color should not be seen. When going to schools, color should not be seen. In the eyes of the law, color should not be seen. But now all the sudden, in the industry that has created more millionaires than any other, we are supposed to see color. Well which way does the left want it. Are we supposed to see color or aren’t we.
And yes those of color have been treated inhumanly for centuries, some are still treated wrongly to this day. But for those of us that acknowledge that and want to treat all races as we would like to be treated, tell us how you want it. Do you want us to see color or don’t you? Please let us know and then be consistent. It sure would solving problems easier on us all.
